My experience with the rental was great. The pit is a unique design that is easy to use without too much fear of overheating. The temperature was easy to maintain and the 8 briskets I cooked turned out great. The delivery and pick up was on time and the communication was great. I will definitely be using the rental again for big outings that my own smaller smoker cannot handle.
